Stories, contact details and audio you submit are stored privately and are only accessible to the Long Vegas Nights production team. They are never displayed publicly without separate, explicit written permission.

Email addresses on the Night List are used only to send the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To request access to or deletion of your information, use the contact page.

Original audio, video, images and external recording links are kept private in Lovable Cloud for editorial evaluation. External links are not downloaded automatically. Only authorized administrators may review or download submitted files.

Unclaimed abandoned uploads expire after 24 hours and are removed through the controlled cleanup process. Submitted stories, including rejected stories, are retained for manual review rather than automatic deletion. Contact us with your submission reference for privacy, removal or copyright requests; the team will verify the request before acting.

We record your permission selections, the consent language version and timestamp. Optional production and AI permissions do not replace a signed release. We do not automatically send recordings to AI services or use them to train AI systems. Human editorial approval is required before publication.

Aggregate submission counts do not contain story text, contact information, recording links or media. Private notifications, when activated, contain only a reference, date, recording type and dashboard link.
